Our jewelry pieces are handmade to order with care. Generally, it takes approximately 2-3 weeks from the date of your order for your item to be crafted and shipped. Some items may require additional time, and we'll keep you informed throughout the process.

We offer different shipping options:

• Local Delivery: Hand-to-hand delivery through Tapuz deliveries at a flat rate of 50 ILS for local orders. Orders over 800 ILS enjoy free local shipping.
• International Delivery: A flat rate of $50 for international shipping. Orders over $550 qualify for free international shipping.

For international orders, we use DHL Express, and you'll receive an email with a tracking number once your package is shipped. Local orders will receive an SMS notification and a scheduled delivery time from a Tapuz messenger.

Orders shipped outside of Israel may incur customs and import duties as per local regulations. The recipient is responsible for these charges. Any additional taxes, fees, or charges required for customs clearance are also the recipient's responsibility.
