Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kami-jewelry.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 10 Eshkol St, Apt 8, 4534312, Hod Hasharon, Israel.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Upon receipt, please carefully inspect your order and promptly contact us if you notice any defects or damages or receive an incorrect item. This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and take appropriate measures to resolve it to your satisfaction.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products such as special orders or personalized items. If you have questions or concerns about your item, please don't hesitate to contact us. Please note that custom charges and customized jewelry are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. While we understand this policy, we are committed to working with you to address any issues you may encounter.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Resized Rings

We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for resized rings.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Please be aware that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest and most efficient process is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can purchase the new item you desire separately.


European Union 14-day cooling off period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Custom Made-to-Order Jewelry

Most custom-made-to-order jewelry is only eligible for a partial refund. However, if your return is approved, the following conditions apply:

  • You must notify our shop within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee.
  • The jewelry must be in new, unworn, and unaltered condition.
  • The item must be returned or shipped within 14 days with tracking and insurance.
  • Unusual situations will be handled case by case; please don't hesitate to contact us with any concerns.
  • Rings made to size are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Hand-engraved and personalized items, custom orders, and jewelry are not eligible for return.

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post to ensure tracking and security. We cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Shipping charges for returned items are the client's responsibility.

 

Our Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return requirements mentioned above at our sole discretion.
