Shipping Information at Kami-Jewelry

At Kami-Jewelry, we take pride in the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into our pieces. Please note that all our orders are meticulously handmade to order. Therefore, your item may take approximately 2-3 weeks to be crafted and shipped to you.

Once your order is received, you will promptly receive an order confirmation. Our inventory is limited in our studio, and the shipping timeline varies based on the availability of the piece you've selected. If the piece is in stock, we can typically ship it within 2-3 days. However, if it's not readily available, rest assured that each piece is individually crafted, and we would require a 2-3 week shipping window to ensure it meets our exacting standards.

Signature Upon Delivery

For your security, all shipments, regardless of location, will require a signature upon delivery. We value the safe arrival of your jewelry as much as you do.

Custom Pieces

Custom pieces hold a special place in our craft. If you've ordered a custom piece, please note that it will also require a 4-6 week shipping window from when the artwork is approved. We understand that timing can be crucial, so if you have specific delivery requirements or urgency, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests if feasible.

Local Delivery

For our local customers, we offer hand-to-hand delivery through UPS, available at a flat rate of 35 ILS. If your order exceeds 800 ILS, you'll enjoy A free local shipping. Before delivery, you'll receive an SMS, and a UPS messenger will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

International Delivery

We ship from Israel to select international destinations, including the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Sweden. We are actively working on expanding our reach to include more countries as quickly as possible. We offer a flat shipping rate of $25 for international orders, and we are pleased to provide free shipping on orders over $500. For international delivery, we utilize the services of DHL Express or UPS, ensuring your items will arrive within an estimated 3-5 business days. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment's progress online easily.

Customs and Duty Charges

It's important to note that products shipped outside of Israel may be subject to customs and import duties as per local regulations. As the recipient, you'll be responsible for all customs and import duties required to export your goods. Additionally, any further taxes, fees, or charges necessary to clear the parcel through customs will also be your responsibility. These charges are beyond our control, and we cannot provide assistance or guidance on these processes. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
